Review of The Untouchables (1987) by Cole M — 19 May 2012
The Untouchables describes the legendary tale of Eliott Nash and his team of Untouchables, who brought down the legendary gangster/used furniture salesman Al Capone.
Kevin Costner leads with brilliant charisma, portraying one of the best performances of his life, probably the one he will be remembered for. Sean Connery. What an amazing performance as Ness's right-hand man. Robert De Niro once again performs unforgettably, bringing Al Capone to the world.
The soundtrack is not as good as one would anticipate, considering it was composed by the legendary Morricone.
Otherwise the film is a classic.
