Review of The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (1964) by Pavandeep S — 26 Dec 2007
This movie was really, really personal. I can't say I've felt the exact same emotions as the couple, but I really got it, it genuinely touched me a lot. It was beautiful to say the least and it became more disappointing at the end and disappointing in terms of the feelling I got, and not the film, which really stayed in me for a long time and will stay there for a long time.
One of the best films made, not just best French films ever.
