The Umbrellas of Cherbourg is an amazing film. It is about a young girl who is separated from her lover by war faces a life altering decision. Catherine Deneuve and Anne Vernon give incredible performances.
The script is well written. Jacques Demy did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama and romance. The Umbrellas of Cherbourg is a must see.
