A quirky cartoon that samples a variety of animation techniques and tells an interesting story. Is it subtitled? Yes, but only once or twice, and even then it's not really necessary.
P.S. You'll never think of frogs the same way again.
The PG-13 rating is appropriate. This is not a film for young or immature children.
