Review of The Tracey Fragments (2007) by Kelli K — 18 Oct 2010
Ellen Page impresses while Bruce McDonald bombards us with needless split-screen editing. I applaud anyone for trying to show us something we haven't seen before, but sometimes there's a good reason we haven't.
Being constantly pelted with overstimulation for seventy-seven consecutive minutes can be equated to a roller coaster ride at high elevations, but with a flat track. As a result, I feel very cold towards this film, and the final shot is something I don't buy for a second.
