Toxie goes to japan in this decent sequel. it's got its funny moments scattered through it all...like when he beats up famed midget wrestler, the haiti kid, and smushes him into a basketball. the deaths in this film are much more cartoony and less realistic than the original.
..but that just adds to the charm. it's a decent b-movie worth a watch if you feel so inclined.
