This movie doesn't get the love it deserves. While I appreciate the choice to discount it from the Toxic Avenger canon, this movie on its own is a Troma classic. Ridiculous throughout, full of gratuitous violence, obnoxious gross out humor and nudity, it also includes an almost innocent desire to showcase Japan in the midst of ridiculous fights.
Not to be missed, if you like over the top ridiculousness and anti-authoritarian slapstick.
