Review of The Tingler (1959) by Anna N — 23 Oct 2007
Price is classic in this late 50's horror flick. The tingler is a creature that grows when you're afraid and can kill you if you don't scream. It tried to start a whole new movie experience where people would be sent a mild electric shock through their chairs.
Director William Castle thought he'd create riots and havoc in the cinemas. All he did was bore us with a boring plot and the usual type of special effects you'd expect from a 50's B-Movie.
