Aussie Eric Bana as well as the usually very good Rachel McAdams team up for 'The Time Traveler's Wife' - the 2009 film adaption of the 2003 novel.

There's a lot to like about the performances of both Bana and McAdams - and the story itself was at the very least quite interesting, yet I still found myself not really getting into this movie - mostly because I thought it went on a bit too long (a bit under two hours).

There were points where I could honestly have drifted to sleep - yet again I must say the movie itself is not a bad one.

I guess a bit more action would have been welcome. Watch it on DVD if you can't find anything else.
