Review of The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005) by Sarfaraz A — 04 Dec 2011
The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada.
Dir. By Tommy Lee Jones, Starring Tommy Lee Jones and Barry Pepper.
What a film, I can realize why Coen Brothers, chose Tommy Lee Jones for their Oscar-winning film 'No Country For Old Men '07'. It is deep, emotional, and requires not very solid passionate links between the characters involved. Wonderful portrayal of West, and especially Mexican-side. This film has got uniqueness of its own, sending a message of commitment to one's dreams-to-be-fulfilled, and how painful would it feel, if some dreams are not fulfilled, even though they could be. Whole cast gave wonderful performance, a must watch film!
