SO GOOD!
Just watched it for the second time recently---unsurprisingly, it was even better on cleaned-up Criterion than scratchy-ass-video-from-the-library. (Gee, Who'd have predicted that?).
And...the first time I watched The Third Man, I didn't really pick up on what a dumb-ass Holly Martins is. (We'll blame the scratchy video?).
Figuring this out made me realize that Third Man is HILARIOUS (as well as being flat-out awesome.).
