Review of The Third Man (1949) by Andrea M — 23 Mar 2012
A frightening, smoky film noir which is able give you the chills, dazzle and make you think at the same time. The Vienna setting is one of the film's highlights, and so is its plot. I didn't love everything about it - parts do get dull at times - and whilst it's not my favourite picture, it deserves its classic status as one of the best British films.
