A true masterpiece. This film easily could be named the best British picture of the XX century. Extraordinary in execution it is very entertaining too. It has everything a perfect thriller\noir should have.
Its awesome cinematography executed in expressionistic style is just fascinating. A rare gem that is worth watching many times.
