Review of The Thing from Another World (1951) by Robert H — 29 Mar 2008
One of my 5 favorite SF movies of all time! The 'Alien' of its day! The extra-terrestrial monster is never really seen until the movie is almost over which adds to the suspense of what the stranded soldiers and scientists are having to deal with in their Arctic habitat, similar to what the mine workers were dealing with aboard the Nostromo in 'Alien'.
And I love the rapid fire dialogue!
