Review of The Thing Called Love (1993) by Carolyn G — 16 May 2009

While this movie doesn't necessarily reinvent the wheel, the inspired casting, the cameos, the fact that the actors performed their own tunes, it all comes together nicely to form one of my favorite flicks of the 90's.

I actually saw it by accident, when we rented it while visiting a friend in San Diego in '94. It was love at first sight and both the DVD and the soundtrack are still in regular rotation to this day!
