One of the greatest film series' of all time. More people should see this movie. I'm a story man and I'll be the first to admit, the story's just okay, but the chemistry between Powell and Loy is really something to behold.
The idea that a husband and wife could be portrayed as a genuinely happy couple is a little startling, but the way these two actors pull it off is mind boggling. I've never seen anything like it today.
If you want to see something both brilliant and unlike anything you've seen before, watch The Thin Man.
