Review of The Thin Blue Line (1988) by Chris W — 08 Aug 2008
It took me 20 years to finally get a chance to see The Thin Blue Line, and boy was it ever worth the wait. Randall Adams was railroaded, and the obscenely inept Texas police and legal "minds" not only allowed this miscarriage of justice, but encouraged it.
It had nothing to do with whether Randall Adams was guilty, and he isn't - I'm not giving anything away here - it had to do with the DA not wanting to ruin his "perfect score." Compelling, fascinating, enraging film.
