Review of The Thin Blue Line (1988) by Knox M — 06 Aug 2017
Yes, Errol Morris had already made a masterpiece: "Gates of Heaven," but The Thin Blue Line is his true landmark, a film that's powerful, intriguing, and in some ways thrilling. It makes you think, and allows you to you be informed about a miscarriage of justice, but always entertains.
A masterclass on filmmaking, and truly transcends its genres limitations and conventions.
