Review of The Thin Blue Line (1988) by Keanurevees — 16 Mar 2020
This feels like such an important piece of film, definitely in hindsight, after this case went to court again and had such a different outcome, but also because of its directing. The use of music was amazing and the way they reenacted the key moments in the investigation differently whenever someone new gave evidence was so brilliant.
I also loved how it challenged the police force and dared its audience to pick a side, almost, or like, figure this case out for themselves. I loved this.
