Review of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) by Samuel D — 16 May 2009
Utterly pointless. Doesn't explain anything we didn't already know, or already assume to be the case. Brewster's character is just about the most annoying person in the history of film - not only does she not help her friends, she takes it upon herself to literally watch them die and then makes stupid mistakes constantly.
This was made for the sole reason of shocking people and it doesn't really shock me.
