A fantastic remake, one of my faves. it really takes the original into account, takes away the bits that made it cheesy, and replaced them with new, fresh ideas.
After the dribble that the three sequals that the original produced, this is one of the most nessicary horror move remakes of all time.
The great acting compliments the story well.
