Review of The Ten Commandments (1956) by Sarah S — 10 Apr 2008
This is one of the first films I remember seeing as a child. The awe I felt as I saw Heston transformed as Moses was extraordinary. I was astonished at the miracles he performed and the charisma he displayed as he preached all of the best things that religion has taught, while fighting against the oppression that religion imposes.
