Review of The Tattooist (2007) by Purrfect F — 25 May 2009
Not bad supernatural horror thriller, although the 18 certificate is a bit of a joke as the gore is kept to a minimum as it relies more on the build up and tension. Jason Behr does well on leading man duties and this movie is a little different from your usual DTDVD horrors in that it has a decent story and plot.
Saying that it takes a good 45 minutes to get going before we start getting some creepy scenes and some of the supporting cast are really wooden. Worth a look if you have a free hour and a half.
