Well, duh of course it's good, it's a Lynch movie. It's just strange to see an uplifting, G-Rated, DISNEY Lynch film. But just because it adheres to those guidlines, you shouldn't expect it to be anywhere near orthodox, because it isn't.
It is damn good, though.
