Review of The Steel Helmet (1951) by Private U — 14 Oct 2007
A Solid, unsentimental B war film. All the war lingo you normally hear peppered throughout any other war movie, they talk like that consistently through the entire thing. At once hard edged and humane characters--the degree of the latter is especially impressive given this was shot it 1951.
Fuller's a rock star.
