Besides Scott's performance and the somewhat predictable twists, this movie has a blandness and dense-not tense- atmosphere. The others roles were flat and transparent. A good plot but the life seemed sucked out of it.
Maybe if it were in black and white that wood have given it more character but it was something missing.
