Review of The Skeleton Twins (2014) by Chris J — 06 Dec 2014
Let me summarize the movie: two suicidal loser siblings sit around with little purpose in life while engaging in enormous amounts of gratuitous drama and reminiscing about their screwed up childhood (I guess daddy and mommy weren't quite up to the task of raising them).
They lie, cheat, love to engage in "forbidden" sex, and generally act like emotionally-stunted adults-children the entire movie. Oh and if that wasn't bad enough, these unstable two talk and think about kids (their own or other people's) the entire movie, seemingly not content to ruin their own lives but, rather, wanting to spread their unhappiness to the next generation for good measure.
For some reason I was compelled to see how the drivel ended, but I don't know why. Alas it ended mostly boringly (I was hoping one or both would at least succeed to removing themselves from the gene pool of humanity via their suicidal tendencies, but no such luck).
