Review of The Shop Around the Corner (1940) by Yasmin W — 18 Jan 2008
This is hilarious. They all are meant to have Eastern European names and yet they all sound as they normally do. But I couldn't imagine Jimmy Stewart having an accent other than his own! Enjoyable little Christmas movie, if you're tired of Scoorge and all those other over-repeated out-dated has been other movies around Christmas! The ending was one of my favourites from the movie.
How Jimmy Stewart managed without laughing I don't know. Mr.Potkins...heheheheheh.
