I adored this Lubitsch wintertime masterpiece, with great performances by Margaret Sullavan, James Stewart and Frank Morgan, and brilliant direction by Ernst Lubitsch, who clearly knew how to make a wonderful and touching romantic comedy.
No wonder it has been remade several times, though the copies pale to this original.
