Review of The Shipping News (2001) by Sarah P — 11 Apr 2008

So, I'll admit that this movie is only slightly above mediocre. The novel it is adapted from, however, is the best book I have ever read. I would argue that it is one of the best books ever written.

..I think that I am not so much attached to the film as I am preemptively attached to the characters it portrays. Maybe see the movie. Definitely read the book.
