As well written a story as I have ever seen on the screen, the Shawshank Redemption is powerful, dramatic, time-transcending, and very very touching. It shows a story of true friendship, bravery, and teaches us hope is always a positive thing.
Shawshank is Bolstered by its incredible casting job and acting specifically Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman, and also its great soundtrack by Thomas Newman.
