A truly magical experience, the Shape of Water is likeable and exciting at every turn. All of the characters are believable and fun to watch, and you understand each characters motivation clearly. There is CGI, but it serves only to enhance the experience and makes things more believable rather than fake-looking.
Amazing film, one of my favourites I've seen this year.
