The Shape of Water is romantic, fantastical and beautiful. A star making performance by Sally Hawkins, and superb support from Richard Jenkins, Michael Shannon, Octavia Spencer and Doug Jones. The Shape of Water is a perfect exercise in Grimm fairy-tale film-making.
