Review of The Rum Diary (2011) by Caesar B — 13 Feb 2013
On the face of it The Rum Diary is a kinda boring and it drags on a bit, but the dialogue, scenery and quirky humour keep it entertaining. It's not the best part Depp ever did, but it's no shame on his resume either.
However I feel that it's better spent on some one who actually lived through the American 60's and the events and persons this movie features, because it hard to empathise as an outsider.
