Review of The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) by Terrance G — 02 Jun 2011
A Wes Anderson masterpiece, this gloomy light comedy is a heart-warming genius creation. Never too funny and never too sad, never too happy and never too painful, it's just the way it is, it has a heart but sometimes the characters seem numb or lacking emotions, especially Paltrow's character, well all of them have a strange way of showing their feelings, sometimes you imagined their world as odd and unique.
It's a great feeling watching this film, you don't want to be interrupted when watching it.
