Review of The Rose Tattoo (1955) by D . — 04 Apr 2005
Anna Magnani's powerful and amazing Oscar winning performance makes this film. It's not a particularly cheery film, but the story is always interesting and the production is fine. Good support from Marisa Pavan.
Realistic and believably told. Good acting by Burt Lancaster as well.
