Anna Magnani's Oscar-winning role as Serafina Delle Rose is one of my favorite performances ever by an actress. And Burt Lancaster, with his foolish haircut, sporting a wifebeater over that gorgeous body.
Honey! Steamy at times, and very much a time capsule of the mid-Fifties (1955). Beautifully done. My second-favorite film ever now.
