Review of The Rose Tattoo (1955) by Brian K — 09 Dec 2008
A very good adaptation of another great by tennessee williams. I like how this play is very different from his other ones. instead of the usual alcohol drenched and sexually charged type this is more emotionally charged and a great story of a woman's love and devotion, he also adapted the traditional italian woman.
anna maganani is simply brilliant. she gives a beautiful performance.
