Review of The Roaring Twenties (1939) by Mike S — 03 Aug 2008
A great gangster movie from Walsh although there are a few too many musical numbers ( I really dont rate Priscilla Lane's singing). Performances are top-notch throughout with Cagney rarely better - but it is Bogart who steals it with a portrayal of pure evil.
