I had no expectations for this film. I just knew that Meryl was in it, and said, "I've gotta see it!" Now I'm sure Mr. Hanson had no intention of this being one of the film- greats of the year, or decade, or anything, and with that in mind, he succeeded in bringing together a wonderful cast, to make a perfectly decent, "thrill- ride.
