Review of The River Wild (1994) by Hannah D — 12 Aug 2013
The story gets rather ridiculous at times and resembles a cheap horror film, but who can resist a boat trip down a fast-flowing river with all that stunning scenery? The soundtrack is pleasant as well, so while the storyline was hard to believe, from a visual and aural point of view it was good entertainment, and Meryl Streep is always highly watchable.
