Review of The Right Stuff (1983) by Kate H — 01 Dec 2007
Made in the days before CGI, the visual effects are stunning (they still hold their own against the amazing f/x of groups like ILM). But the story itself is what makes this a see-it-at-least-once-a-year movie for me.
It's an engaging history of the early years of the US space program and something of an homage to Chuck Yeager.
