The 80s sucked according to this film.

The tar zombie is one of the most frightening things ever.
So basically what happened was that 2 blokes in a medical supply warehouse dick around with a canister the army lost that frank says "caused night of the living dead" it leaks goes everywhere. corpses get reanimated, brains get eaten. a chick runs around naked. the army nukes the town. good stuff.
