Review of The Return of the Living Dead (1985) by Isaac H — 22 Jul 2015
A zany horror comedy of zombie movies between 1968 and 1985. It has the narrative of Night of the Living Dead, the grittiness of the Italian film Zombi 2, and bizarrely acted shots seemingly taken straight from a sitcom.
But take heed, these zombie puppets are out strictly for brains. I can't say I particularly liked Return of the Living dead, but it now has my curiosity for a second viewing some time in the near future.
The eighties synth soundtrack is amazing though.
