Unseen force of evil? forces beyond human comprehension? naw. just a horny old nutcase for a landlord that gets off on being a peeping tom. at least at first that`s all he does. you`ll have to watch the movie if you want to know the rest of the story for if I tell you any more, there would be no reason to watch it because you will know all that happens.
not a bad flick, a small amount of suspense but overall, slightly disappointing. especially with hillary swank playing the main character. I would`ve thought it would have been at least a little more thrilling.
