So this guy with mental issues has an overly weird obsession for a doctor he seen at a hospital. He manipulates her into moving into a building he owns. Offered her cheap rent in Manhattan. She fell for his good looks n charm but was using him as a rebound from her last relationship.

This guy becomes a creeper and goes ape shit on her. Luckily she found a nail gun n took care of his creepy ass. This movie was weird. And what's with the blurred out nudity scenes of Hilary Swank? I guess they were trying to get this movie to sell however they can.
