It's a simple boring film with a simple easy to follow plot, it does exactly what it says on the tin! Hilary Swank plays a young doctor recently separated from her adulterous boyfriend & moves into a beautiful but cheap New York apartment.
It all seems to good to be true which it is as she soon senses she is not alone. She later finds out her landlord has a frightening obsession with her.
