While it's well shot and has some enjoyable scenes, The Raven has rocky acting, uneven scripting and editing, little to no suspense, an unsatisfying and odd ending/reveal with a stupid, random, and irrelevant motive for the killer, and ends up just being mediocre unimportant thriller about Poe himself.
