Review of The Raven (2012) by Ryan A — 13 Dec 2012

I sadly expected more out of this, however I still enjoyed it once it got going. I am not the biggest fan of John Cusack and this did nothing to change my mind of that. I thought the first 30 min of this was far overacted on his part and that distracted from what was going on.

But after that he seems to find his way into the role better,but the beginning kinda soured me to his overall performance. I thought the story of this had a lot of promise,but once it was over I couldnt help but feel they just came up short.

I love the idea behind it, and quiet frankly I think that its still good enough if you just want to kick back and watch a thriller most would enjoy it.
