I came into this movie with a lot of hype. I loved the first one that I just saw recently, and I was waiting all day to get the money to rent this film. I'll be honest, I was really disappointed. I wanted to love it, but I didn't find myself enjoying it, nearly as much as the first film.

The first had a lot of simplicity. It's story was just about surviving, and it was awesome. There may have been cliches and almost too much action, but it was short and to the point. This film is the exact opposite.

It goes for a much larger scope, which I anticipated. What it ended up being, was just another boring and not as fun action movie. This movie focuses too much on characters that I didn't care for, forgot about after two minutes, or just didn't need to be there.

There were so many characters that I started to lose track. The story was a lot larger as well and focused on gang rivalry. I kept having to play back scenes to figure out if I missed something, because I kept getting confused throughout this movie.

Everybody else seemed to love this film. I don't know what I was missing. I was confused by the story and bored by many of the characters. I do like the character of Rama, but there isn't even enough of him and I didn't even understand what he was doing.

The only character I cared about was Rama, and all of the extra characters made me bored and I didn't care if they lived or died. In the first film, it mainly focused on him, which made me like the movie more, and it just lost focus.

The realism of the original film decreased within this sequel. Ok, it wasn't that realistic, but what I mean is that characters used guns when necessary and melee when it worked as well. In this film, no body seemed to have a gun.

They just all fought melee for the sake of looking cool. This film wasn't terrible, even though this review is making it out to be. I did still enjoy the action, and I did like the car chase scene a lot.

The action was still very awesome, and I also loved the final act. It felt more like the first film, and I grew excited. Then all of the sudden, the movie just ended. I didn't expect it, and was disappointed that there didn't seem to be a huge outcome.

I'm not going to spoil anything, but it just left my brain puzzled. And I didn't even mention the run time... THIS MOVIE WAS 2 AND A HALF HOURS LONG! This was way too long. That's probably why there felt like less action, because it was overtaken by dialog and exposition that bored me to shit.

I'm not a man, who wants brainless action, all of the time. I want to care for the characters. I want to be interested in the story. I wasn't this time. And the action didn't save this movie completely.

I wanted to like this movie, like everyone else did, but I didn't. I came out of this movie, confused an annoyed. I don't recommend this one, but maybe I'm just not normal. Maybe, I'm the only one who didn't like this movie.
